Cruise Ship Activities

Norfolk Island has a range of cruise ship activities on offer. Burnt Pine Travel has worked in conjunction with Australian inbound tour operators to create exclusive touring programs for high end cruise brands. Today Norfolk Island’s major industry is tourism and we’ve been doing it for over 70 years! During the Second World War the United States Army Air Forces built an airstrip on the Island. This then became the main gateway into the Island after the war ended. A boutique tourism industry then developed to cater for visitors.

As a result Norfolk Island has a well established and wide range of activities to offer visiting cruise lines. Choose from historical, cultural, food, scenic and adventure tours, numerous sporting activities, shopping, markets as well as many other options for passengers to fill a day. Whatever experiences your market is seeking, Norfolk Island can tailor make an encounter that will exceed expectations.

Here’s a sample of the cruise ship activities already on offer…
